The Mannington Burke ColorScape® and ColorSpec® Thermoset Rubber Stair Treads are commercial-grade vulcanized rubber stair treads built for demanding institutional and commercial stairways. Both lines share the same ⅛″ thermoset rubber construction and ASTM F2169 classification, differing primarily in color finish and profile availability — ColorScape offers a solid color finish in Round, Square, and Sculptured profiles, while ColorSpec offers a speckled finish in Square and Sculptured profiles only. Built-in migrating wax provides a natural luster with no finish or stripping required, keeping long-term maintenance costs low. Available across 72 total colors and four lengths, sold in cartons of 5.
