The Mannington Edge Effects® Simple is a thermoplastic rubber wall base with a smooth, sculpted profile — built for commercial installations that need a durable wall-to-floor transition without a decorative edge competing for attention. At 3/8" gauge with a matte finish, this is the heavier-duty version of the profile, backed by a 5-Year Commercial Warranty.
